Bringing People Together

Owner & Chief Financial Officer Stephanie Dries is the heart and vision behind Colorado Catering. Originally from Argentina, Stephanie’s journey has been shaped by new opportunities, perseverance, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences. With a degree in accounting from the University of Colorado and certification as a CPA, she built a strong foundation in business, but her love for hosting and bringing people together led her to co-found Colorado Catering.

As a proud woman business owner and dedicated mother, she believes success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about the connections we create, the moments we celebrate, and the impact we have on others. Her drive to exceed expectations and create unforgettable experiences is at the heart of everything Colorado Catering delivers.

Owner & Executive Chef Michael Dries has spent over 30 years in the culinary industry, working his way from dishwasher to corporate chef, culinary instructor, and now, the leader of one of Denver’s top catering teams. With experience in some of the country’s most prestigious restaurants, he brings a deep knowledge of fine dining and an unwavering dedication to quality.

After years in the restaurant world, Michael left late nights behind to build a catering company that blends his love for food with a focus on family and hospitality. His approach is simple: food should be crafted with care, presented beautifully, and served with warmth. He believes that great food isn’t just about the ingredients—it’s about creating a moment, an experience, and a meal that people truly remember.
